Bring Us the Deal. Let’s Find the Right Capital Path.

START A DEAL REVIEW

Tell us what you know about the property and the transaction. An FCR professional will review the information and follow up to discuss the next step. Submission is not an approval or commitment to fund.

Real Estate Decisions Start With the Deal

Real estate investors move quickly, but the right funding decision still begins with a clear understanding of the property, the numbers, the renovation plan, and the exit strategy. Faber Capital Resources helps investors organize those details and explore funding structures designed for non-owner-occupied real estate.

Whether you are evaluating your first project or adding another property to an established portfolio, our goal is to make the capital process understandable, responsive, and focused on the transaction in front of you. Bring us the opportunity and we will help you determine what is realistic and what should happen next.

Deal-First Review

The strength of the property and the transaction matters. FCR reviews the asset, project costs, after-repair value, experience, credit profile, and exit plan together. Some programs may not use a fixed minimum credit score, although credit and background can still affect eligibility, leverage, pricing, and terms.

A Clear Path to Closing

Timing depends on the deal and the completeness of the file. Once the required information is received, the FCR team helps keep the review, documentation, and closing process moving. Investors should plan early, respond quickly, and allow sufficient time for due diligence and final underwriting.

Structures Built for Investors

Investment properties do not always fit conventional bank guidelines. FCR works with private-money, bridge, rental, construction, commercial, and other authorized funding paths to identify a structure that fits the property, the borrower, and the investment plan.

Up to 100% Project Funding

Qualifying joint-venture transactions may be eligible for funding covering purchase, rehabilitation, and eligible closing costs when the complete project remains within program guidelines, including the applicable after-repair-value limit. Every opportunity is reviewed individually and all structures are subject to final approval and documentation.
