The Faber Capital Resources Website

We’re Not Asking You to Imagine the New Website. We’re Building It Where You Can See It.

Most website proposals begin with descriptions, mood boards, and promises. This one begins with Faber Capital Resources itself.

We recreated the current website in a private working environment so you can interact with something familiar while reviewing every proposed change.

The mirror preserves the existing site’s structure and content as a starting point. From there, we can improve one section at a time, explain why each recommendation is being made, and give you the ability to review and approve the direction before the new website replaces anything.

Why We Started With a Mirror

You should not be asked to approve a website based only on someone else’s imagination. By recreating the existing site first, we gain three advantages.

Familiarity

You immediately recognize your company, pages, language, and services. You are not being dropped into an unfamiliar design and asked to trust that it will eventually make sense.

Control

Changes can be introduced in manageable pieces. You can see them, question them, modify them, and approve them.

Evidence

Each major recommendation will include an explanation of what is changing and why it matters to:

  • Search visibility
  • Visitor understanding
  • Borrower trust
  • Lead qualification
  • Conversion
  • Agent communication
  • Long-term marketing

This is not change for the sake of design. It is structured improvement.

What the Current Website Is Doing

The current site contains important information about Faber, its funding programs, its referral opportunities, and your experience.

It also contains competing signals inherited from earlier templates and business directions. A visitor may encounter references to:

  • Private lending
  • Joint-venture funding
  • Fix-and-flip financing
  • Buying homes
  • Selling homes
  • Property listings
  • Private capital
  • Investor services
  • Cleveland properties
  • South Florida contact information

Those services may all relate to Faber’s history or operations, but they are not currently organized into one clear visitor journey.

The redesign will determine:

  • Who the primary visitor is
  • What Faber wants that visitor to understand
  • Which action the visitor should take
  • Where secondary audiences should go
  • How each page supports the larger company

The Website’s New Job

The new website must perform four jobs.

1. Explain Faber Quickly

A new visitor should understand within seconds:

  • What Faber provides
  • Who it serves
  • Where it operates
  • Why its funding is different
  • What to do next

2. Establish Trust

The site should present:

  • You and the company clearly
  • Actual lending programs
  • Real qualification information
  • Service markets
  • Relevant credentials and disclosures
  • Funded transactions
  • Reviews and professional proof
  • A consistent business identity

3. Qualify Opportunities

The site should help borrowers determine whether their project may fit before your team spends significant time on it. Forms can gather property location, purchase price, rehabilitation budget, estimated ARV, property type, investor experience, desired closing date, requested funding, and contact information.

The final lead-routing automation belongs to the separate GoHighLevel proposal. The website will create the correct entrance.

4. House the Company’s Content

The site should become Faber’s central information asset—lending-program pages, location pages, educational resources, blog content, funded-deal case studies, referral information, FAQs, application pathways, reports and calculators, and future company announcements. It should be more than a digital business card.

What We Will Change

Positioning and Language

We will rewrite the most important portions of the site so Faber’s actual value is clear. The writing will be developed collaboratively.

We bring marketing structure, search research, competitive analysis, real estate experience, sales perspective, and conversion strategy. You bring lending expertise, product accuracy, market knowledge, underwriting requirements, compliance boundaries, and transaction experience.

We will not pretend to understand every lending detail better than you. Instead, we will build each major piece for your review and approval. That produces stronger content than either side could create alone.

Navigation

The navigation will be simplified around the actions visitors actually need. A likely structure is:

  • Home
  • Funding Programs
  • 100% Funding
  • How It Works
  • Funded Deals
  • Referral Partners
  • About Faber
  • Resources
  • Submit a Deal

The final structure will depend on your confirmed programs and audiences.

Homepage

The homepage will clearly establish the primary funding offer, the intended borrower, the markets served, the property-first difference, how qualification works, why investors trust Faber, and the next action.

Program Pages

Each active program will receive its own organized explanation rather than being buried inside a general services page.

Proof and Case Studies

Where you approve, funded transactions will become useful proof with appropriate borrower privacy.

Blog and Resources

The website will support an organized content system. Ongoing SEO content belongs to the separate SEO program, but the redesigned website will include the structure needed to publish and organize it properly.

Mobile Experience

Every important action must work naturally on a phone: calling, submitting a property, reading program requirements, reviewing a case study, contacting the correct person, and returning to an application.

Search Readiness

The website will be constructed so it can support the separate SEO program through clean page structure, logical URLs, editable titles and descriptions, indexable content, internal linking, structured headings, fast loading, mobile usability, analytics compatibility, and blog and case-study architecture. Search-engine management remains a separate service.

The Review and Approval Process

You will not receive one giant surprise at the end. The private website becomes the review environment. We will present work in pieces:

  1. Company positioning
  2. Homepage language
  3. Navigation and visitor journeys
  4. Funding-program organization
  5. Forms and qualification flow
  6. Trust and proof sections
  7. Visual refinement
  8. Mobile review
  9. Final approval
  10. Launch

Each meaningful change can include a short explanation: what changed, why it changed, what problem it solves, what competitor behavior informed it, and what you need to confirm.

A Website You Can Recognize—and a Company the Market Can Understand

Faber does not need to abandon its identity. It needs a website capable of presenting that identity clearly, professionally, and persuasively.

We will begin with the company you already know, improve it in visible and reviewable stages, and build a stronger digital home for everything Faber creates next.

Complete Website Rebuild · One-time investment · Faber owns the completed website

Why the Price Is Straightforward

This is intentionally priced as an accessible early engagement. You are not being asked to finance an oversized agency production.

We already understand the current website, have created the working mirror, and are building the larger relationship around Faber’s search and automation opportunities. That allows us to complete the website for $1,500.

The value is not based only on the visual design. It includes the thinking required to reorganize how Faber explains itself and moves visitors toward the correct action.
